- The ExAC in 2026: Dates, Sections, Fees and Rules: November 2 and 3, four three-hour sessions, pencil and paper. Every date, fee and rule for the 2026 ExAC, checked against the official guide.
- Twelve Weeks to the ExAC: A Study Calendar Around a Full-Time Job: Count back from exam day, budget your week in short sessions, and practise by hand. A twelve-week calendar you can keep while working full time.
- ExAC Reference Books for 2026: The Four That Matter Most: The official guide names four principal references and about fifty others. Here is what each group is for and which two you can carry into the room.
- ExAC Section 2: Preparing for the Open-Book Code Session: Section 2 is the one session where a book comes in with you. The rules for your copy of the code, how to tab it, and what the questions ask.
- Ten Official ExAC Rules That Quietly Cost Marks: The wrong pencil, an answer outside the lines, a provincial code book, a skipped sitting. Ten avoidable losses, each tied to an official rule.
- Examitect or Interns for ExAC: Two ExAC Prep Tools, Feature by Feature: Both are made for the ExAC and nothing else. One is built around explained questions and written notes, the other around a question bank and flashcards.
- Lectures or Practice Questions? Simply Exam and Interns for ExAC: One teaches the ExAC through guided lectures. The other hands you 500 questions and explains every answer. How to tell which format you need.
- Brainscape for the ExAC: What Spaced Repetition Covers and Leaves Out: A flashcard app can fix facts in your memory. It does not come with an ExAC curriculum or questions that test judgment. Where Brainscape helps and where it stops.
- Quizlet for the ExAC: Where Homemade Card Sets Run Out: Free to start, quick to use and already on your phone. How far a set of user-made cards takes you on a licensing exam, and where it stops.
- Is a Quiz App Enough for the ExAC? ArchQuiz Canada and Interns for ExAC: Both ask you questions. The difference shows up the moment you get one wrong. A look at ArchQuiz Canada beside Interns for ExAC.
Questions and answers
- Is Interns for ExAC connected to the official exam?
- No. Interns for ExAC is an independent, unofficial study tool. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the ExAC Committee, the CACB, or any provincial or territorial regulator. Every question is original. They are written to match the format and topics of the exam, never to reproduce it.

- What does full access give me?
- All 500 exam-style practice questions across the four ExAC sections, the reasoning behind every answer, and study notes for each section. Work through them in any order, as often as you want.

- What is the pass guarantee?
- If you write the ExAC after you buy and fail any section, even one, we refund your payment in full. Email your ExAC results to support@internsforexac.ca from the address on your account. They need to show your name and the failed section. Your access ends when the refund is paid.
- Do I have to follow a study schedule?
- No. There is no schedule, no daily target and nothing to fall behind on. Answer five questions on the train or fifty on a Sunday. The pace is yours.
- How does group access work?
- Group access is $700 in Canadian dollars for five seats, which works out to $140 each instead of $300. After payment, email support@internsforexac.ca with your receipt and all five email addresses. Support activates the five accounts. Each person gets full access on their own account through December 31, 2026.
- Can I buy a single section?
- Yes. Each section costs $125 CAD plus applicable tax and includes access through December 31, 2026. Choose a section below the access plans. Full access includes all four sections for $300 CAD.
- Does every question come with an explanation?
- Every one. Each explanation walks through the reasoning behind the correct answer, so you learn the principle and not only the letter. We do not cite a reference or page number for each question.
- Can I share my login with a study partner?
- No. Each account is for one person. If you are studying with others, group access covers five people for $700.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, under the pass guarantee: fail any section of the ExAC after you buy, send us your results, and you get a full refund. Outside the guarantee, all sales are final, because you get the full question bank the moment you pay. That is why the sample questions are free. Try them first.
- Something is not working. How do I reach you?
- Email support@internsforexac.ca from the address on your account. We can help with access problems, payment questions, and corrections to the questions themselves.
